Join us as we explore the basics of yoga with our 3 week series. This series would be a wonderful starting point for beginners, as well as yoga practitioners who would like to deepen their practice. With a focus on alignment, we will explore many of the key postures in yoga.

Today’s society is a busy place, and many of us are stressed out! Restorative Yoga Poses are poses that replenish the body. Deep relaxation is important. How often do we REST?

Deep relaxation allows:
Decreased Blood Pressure
Decreased Blood Sugar Levels
Increased Good Cholesterol
Decreased Muscle Tension
Improved Sleep
Decreased General Fatigue

Join us at HaTha Yoga Room for a Restorative Yoga Class. You will be guided through a restorative sequence designed to increase well being and relaxation. We will finish the class with Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, which is a state of conscious Deep Sleep.


Julie Ripley-Gould E-RYT of HaTha Yoga Room is teaming up with Kate Skinner RMT to offer Yogassage. Through a combination of Restorative Yin Poses, Breath, and Massage, we will decrease tension and stress in the body, while increasing range of motion in the joints. This grounding practice will relax the body, and slow the mind.

Attire: Massage and hands on adjustments will be done over the clothing. Dress comfortably. Layered active wear and fitted sweater/long sleeve shirt, and socks are best.
