Yoga Basics 5 Week Series

Join us as we explore the basics of yoga with our 5 Week, Yoga Basics Series. This series would be a wonderful starting point for beginners, as well as experienced yoga practitioners who would like to deepen their practice. With a focus on alignment, we will explore many of the key postures in yoga.

Dates: We will be offering this program Mondays. Jan 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, and Feb 5th.

Time: 5:15pm-6:15pm

Non-members: $70.00
Unlimited Members:$ 50.00
